These Terms govern your use of GardenHires. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

What GardenHires provides

GardenHires is a marketplace and communication service for homeowners and gardeners. We help users publish job requests, discover opportunities, communicate, and manage applications. GardenHires is not the employer of a gardener and does not guarantee that a job, application, person, price, schedule, or result will be available or suitable.

Accounts and accurate information

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you submit. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, share credentials, or use the service if you are not legally able to agree to these Terms.

Jobs, applications, and user conduct

You may post and respond to legitimate yard-work opportunities. You must follow applicable laws, honor your agreements, communicate honestly, respect privacy, and avoid harassment, discrimination, fraud, unsafe work, spam, scraping, malware, or attempts to bypass the service’s security or access controls. Do not include another person’s contact information without permission.

Transactions and safety

Users are responsible for evaluating proposed work, qualifications, pricing, schedules, insurance, permits, and safety. Any payment or work agreement is between the parties unless GardenHires expressly states otherwise. GardenHires may investigate reports and restrict accounts, but we cannot guarantee the identity, conduct, or performance of any user.

Content and communications

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant GardenHires permission to host, display, process, and transmit it as needed to operate the service. You may not submit content that infringes rights, violates law, or exposes private information. Service messages may be sent to operate your account. Marketing or lead outreach is sent only where permitted, and you may opt out at any time.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, unpaid obligations, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account assistance at gardenhiressupp@gmail.com.

Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GardenHires is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from user interactions, work performed, or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Changes and contact
